Dealer applications are accepted from established diamond dealers, wholesalers, and select private sellers operating within recognised markets.

To begin the application process, please send an introductory email to dealers@duskvorn.com with a brief overview of your business, the type of inventory you represent, and your professional background.

Our dealer relations team will respond with the full application documentation within three business days.

Your application has been received and entered into our review queue. Our concierge team will assess your application personally.

1. Introduction

DUSKVORN ("we," "our," "the Platform") is committed to protecting the privacy of our members, dealer partners, and visitors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), and applicable international privacy standards.

2. Data We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: full name, email address, phone number, country of residence, professional background, and communications with our concierge team. For verified members and dealers, we additionally collect government-issued identity documents, business registration documents, and financial information necessary for KYC/AML compliance.

3. Identity Verification

All members and dealers are subject to identity verification. This process may include document verification, sanctions screening, and politically exposed persons (PEP) checks. This data is processed under our legal obligation to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and is retained for a minimum of five years as required by law.

4. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to: verify your identity and manage your membership; facilitate transactions and viewings; communicate platform updates and stone availability alerts; comply with legal obligations; and maintain platform security and fraud prevention.

5. Payments

Payment information is processed by Stripe, Inc. and is not stored on DUSKVORN servers. All payment processing adheres to PCI DSS standards. Wire transfer records are retained for legal compliance purposes.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law, for identity verification through our KYC provider, for payment processing through Stripe, or where you have explicitly consented to a specific disclosure.

7. Data Retention

Member data is retained for the duration of membership and for seven years following account closure, in compliance with financial regulations. Communications are retained for three years. Marketing preferences are retained until you withdraw consent.

8. Your Rights

Under GDPR and FADP, you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements); withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

9. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is controlled by role-based permissions with audit logging. Suspicious activity is monitored continuously. We conduct annual security reviews.

1. Membership

Membership to DUSKVORN is granted at the sole discretion of the platform. Membership is personal, non-transferable, and may be revoked at any time for breach of these terms. Members must be over 18 years of age and legally capable of entering contracts.

2. Dealer Obligations

Approved dealers warrant that all inventory listed is legally owned, accurately described, and accompanied by valid gemological certifications. Dealers are responsible for the accuracy of listing details and must disclose any material information affecting value or provenance.

3. Interest Deposits

A non-negotiable interest deposit of USD 5,000 is required before any private viewing is arranged. The deposit is held by DUSKVORN and disbursed in accordance with the outcome of the viewing and the agreed refund policy at time of deposit.

4. Refunds

Deposit refund eligibility is determined by the policy in effect at the time of deposit submission and confirmed in the deposit documentation. Fraudulent or misrepresented applications forfeit all deposit amounts.

5. Transactions

DUSKVORN facilitates introductions and viewings. The transaction itself is between buyer and dealer. DUSKVORN does not hold inventory, take title to goods, or act as principal in transactions. Legal title passes directly between dealer and buyer.

6. Liability

DUSKVORN's liability in connection with any transaction is limited to the deposit amount held. DUSKVORN is not liable for misrepresentation by dealers, disputes between members and dealers, or changes in value of diamonds.

7. Disputes

Disputes between members and dealers are escalated to the DUSKVORN concierge team for mediation. DUSKVORN's determination in mediation is advisory only. Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration under Swiss Arbitration Centre rules.

8. User Conduct

Members and dealers agree not to use the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose. Membership will be immediately revoked upon any reasonable suspicion of such activity, and relevant authorities notified as required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The courts of Geneva shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve disputes arising from these Terms.
